Maybe you just need a good nights sleep? Why don't you go to bed, you may feel better in the morning.
It could be something more severe though, so I'd recommend a trip to the doctors in the morning if it still hurts.
your blood pressure could be high. Go to a local pharmacy with a blood pressure machine, they are free and most of the time fairly accurate. If its too high, go to the doctor...you dont want to stroke out.
