I broke my ankle had my cast off for 1 week & it is still really swollen and sor!
Question: My ankle still hurts allll the time, hard to walk on and extremely swollen, is this what happens to everyone when they get their cast off, its only been a week, but starting to get worried?

Poor thing, thats gotta be frustrating. You can wrap your ankle with a cotton cloth soaked in Apple Cider Vinegar(organic and must contain "mother") once wrapped cover with saran and then a towel to keep it warm.... you can leave it on for a few hours or sleep with it on. this will help the inflammation and should lessen your discomfort.
then I would see a Bowen Therapist. you would be amazed at what the results can and likely will be.

Nope not normal at all,go back to the doctor,and if they refuse to help or ignore your concerns go to a different doctor,there are plenty of them out there.
Is normal and do not exert too much by over walking.
Minimise using strenghth on it.
