Ear lobe bleeding due to earing?!

Question: I got my ear pierced 6 weeks ago. 5 weeks into it, I took the piercing earing out, and the lobe was bleeding a little. Not much, just a drop or so. It is now 6 weeks since I got my ear pierced, and I need to know, Since the paper says to keep the piercing earring in for 6 weeks, is it ok to change it, or should I keep it in for longer? Due to the fact it bled a little should I give it more time to heal before I change earrings?

Shouldn't be big deal just don't go any bigger or leave it out for very long
If yout took it once once and put it back in youll be fine, but if it is still a little open make sure that it is sanitary.

I would give it time to heal a bit more before changing the earring. Or maybe, take it out and clean it. I'm sure it'll help to clean it before sticking another one in there. :)
Also, it depends on where you got it pierced as well.

Edit: I meant where as in what part of your ear, in case the additional details were in reference to me.

its not done healing its ok that u changed it but u should put a earring in and let it heal u may have to wait like 5 weeeks or so and if u have sensitive ears wear stearling silver dont wear fake earrings
hope i helped

I would say to take the earring out and clean the piercing spot. then put the same earring back in, and give it a little more time to heal.

First thing, you probably shouldn't have taken it out before six weeks was up. If it's bleeding, it hasn't healed all the way, so whatever earring you have in it now keep it in and let it finish healing. Use rubbing alcohol or peroxide to clean it everyday.

you can put a new one in BUT whatever you take out and put back in, put Neosporin on the post when you slide it back in the hole.

Q: is it ok to change it, or should I keep it in for longer?
A: It is ok to change it, but don't leave the hole without an earring for very long because, even at this stage, it can still start to heal over itself.

Q: Due to the fact it bled a little should I give it more time to heal before I change earrings
A: That is not necessary, but do not replace the existing earring with one with a larger post or with one that is significantly heavier

Unasked Q: Do I have ot do anything else?
Unsolicited A: If it is still bleeding or swollen or draining then you do (And most of the other answerers have given you good advice for treating mild infections). Otherwise not.
