Too many noises!!?!
Question: My left ear has become extremely sensitive to high pitch noises like certain instruments and when a glass cup is set on the table...stuff like that.
i can't handle it!

Go to the website, Web MD, type in your symptoms and see what comes up. OR you can go to an ear, nose and throat specialist. Good Luck to you.
you definately want to talk to your doctor about this. Sometimes it can be ear damage or certain infections that cause this sensitivity. They may refer you to a specialist.
maybe the path through your left ear had became more narrow or someone has hit you very hard on the ear

If you can't handle it then you should go talk to your doctor. There are many different causes for this including infections of the ear drum, the ear canal or the bones or skin around the ear, hearing problems, nasal problems, and/or nerve problems.
We really can't be much more specific because there are so many possibilities. Talk to your doctor if it persists.

I had a burst eardrum a few weeks ago.
Go to the doctor they test your ear and then prolly just give ya some antibiotics. Then you will be all good =]
