It sounds like there are more complicated things going on than what can adequately be addressed on Yahoo answers. You should see a doctor for your sleeping problems, and possibly try a prescription sleep aid; if you could sleep from 10pm to 6am every night you would have adequate time to sleep it off and not wake up groggy. As for your nightmares--ask the doctor about those, too, but you should probably also talk to a counselor to help you work through reasons that you may have those fears. You're brave for admitting that you have such vivid nightmares, and you should find ways to address it and get past it sooner rather than later so that you can stop being bothered by it. Best wishes!

Pretty simple. You just need to get a lot more exercise, eat right, and stop whining. I guarantee this'll improve your situation 1000%.

Exercise, don't eat within 3 hours of bedtime, don't stare at a computer screen or TV within a couple hours before sleeping, don't watch scary movies or read scary books, and try to RELAX! Try meditation (there are tons of different techniques) or drink some Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Extra tea. It always puts me right to sleep.
