Question: Are there any consequences to cracking you knuckles? I am 18 and have been doing it consistently since i was at least 15.

The answer is no. Cracking your knuckles does not lead to arthritis and it is not bad to your hands, unless it HURTS. When you are popping your knuckles you are realeasing air or gas that is in the joint fluid. When you pop them, it's simply popping the air or gas out.

yes it's stupid and most people do not like it !!!!!!!!! would you do that on a job interview ???

No, cracking your knuckles does not cause any damage to your fingers or hands in the future.

The only damage it might cause, is to your social life, if you are annoying people around...but that's about it.

Might be an urban myth maybe causes arthritus :/ but ud need to do it alot to really do anything i guess..
