Tips for making myself get up earlier?!


Question: Ok, so i'm working really hard on my appearance so i'll feel better about myself but i can never seem to get up at the time i want to get up! i want to start getting up at 6:30, but right now i'm lucky if i can get up at 7:30...i set two alarms and i drink water before i go to bed and this still doesn't work...i get plenty of sleep (8-9 hours)...anyone have any tips? Thank you!

hey, that happens to me, i dont know if this was it but drink plenty of orange juice cos it gives you alot of energy and seemed to work for me, also try going to be even earlier than you are as 8 is the average sleep time i think, hope this helps!

Try setting the alarm and putting it on the other side of the room, so you HAVE to get up to turn it off.
