Is there a quick and efficient way of curing brain freeze?!
Question: I was driving while sipping on a Sonics Cherry Slush the other day when suddenly one of the most painful brain freezes i've ever had came upon me. Although my brain freezes usually only last maybe 5-10 seconds, this one lasted about 35-40 seconds and it was absolutely terrible. It almost made me lose concentration and rear-end a car in front of me.
Do you have a technique or tips to quickly get rid of brainfreeze?

When you feel the brain freeze coming on, hold your tongue to the roof of your mouth ... it will shorten the "freeze" time.
( and drink slushies with caution when driving ? )
Yes, I drink cold water from my water bottle ( no ice) even though it is cold water it is still degrees warmer than what caused brain freeze. Another concept is if you're gonna eat / drink something that just might cause brain freeze then do not consume a lot at one time. Take breaks in between to allow your body to stabalize, only a moment or two is all you'll need.

There is not quick fix because it takes care of its self. it just has to melt. You need to take it more slowly when you are sipping or drinking a slush.
It will hurt really bad if you try to get too much down too quickly. Just take a real deep breath with your mouth open to let more oxygen in and that helps it melt down faster.
