Question: Tried decaf tea, no caffine whatsoever, yoga at nite, will not take sleep-aids...they leave me groggy. Help!!!

I listen to music. I have a playlist of one cd i designated to be the night music. It's really calm, and when I hear it my bod's like 'oh, time to sleep.' The longer I do it the better it works. Good luck!!!!
ask a doctor for an alternative remedy.
Take a warm bath, do some reading, sip Camille tea, no chocolate or alcohol 4 hours before bed.
