Extreme Muscle Pain?!


Question: OK, so I am a tennis player and I had a long and tough tennis match yesterday where I ran/sprinted A LOT. Now, my legs are SO SORE. And believe me, I have had my share of sore days after tennis, but it seems 10 times worse now. My muscles feel so right in my quads like they are going to snap. I

I don't have a muscle strain, because I know what that feels like and I am not feeling that, but it's just a case of extremely sore muscles.

Does anyone have any tips on how to ease the pain and anything I could do to make it so I can walk without hobbling :-).

When you bend your muscles its like they're gonna rip right? That just means you overworked them, stretched them, which means you will be more muscular! =D
