supposedly weed does not do as much harm to your lungs as a regular cigarette but the side effects of both are pretty bad
weed can cause impotence (aahhh) and brain damage though the addiction to weed is strictly mental not physical
cigarettes are pretty bad they can cause lowered body temperature and of course cancer but i would say that a cigarette is better than weed.

it kills over a million brain cells every time you smoke it
