What can i eat to make my throat hurt ??!
Question: dont ask why. i have a drs. apointment and it was for what i was thinking was my tonsils needed to be taken out since my throat hurted alot.
the pain went away.and its not like if i can canel now, ive done that befor and my doctor gets all pised off at me.
anyways i want my tonsils taken out.
what can i eat to make it hurt more??

well just tell the dr that your throat hurts, and tell just tell him/her that you want your tonsils out. you dont have to eat or do anything just tell your dr what you want and how you feel.

DON'T get your tonsils removed if you don't have to!! They are there for a reason!!

you could lie to the doctor, even if they dont see anything they will still ask you questions. say it hurts sometimes when you swallow, or theres sharp pains. Basically say anything to make it beleivable.
or u can actually get sick if you have allergies, go around dust, or breathe a lot of cleaning products, just go crazy and clean for a long time. ( i dont suggest this though)

It is very rare that doctors remove tonsils anymore...you would have to have chronic tonsillitis over the course of years for a doctor to even consider removing your tonsils. A few sore throats are not going to get you surgery so why not cancel the appointment? Also, if you think your doctor will get mad at you for canceling your appointment wait until your parents have to pay the insurance copay on a surgery (hundreds or thousands of dollars) for a sore throat that was faked! Do the right thing.

So you want to go to surgery and run the risk of dying for no reason!!!( from anesthesia or infection post surgery: rare but people die in or after surgery due to complications).
That's a very bad idea. Surgery is only for "real" emergencies not for fun.
Read about that 18 year old cheerleader girl that died about one month ago when having her brests done. Poor thing lost her life and her future for a pair of fake breasts; sad, really sad she didn't love herself the way she was.
