Watson 349 for back pain can I use it for menstral cramps?!
Question: doctors perscribed me watson 349 pain killers for my back. I was wondering if I could use this pill for the horrendous cramps im getting right now. im at work and nobody has anything else and its all i have. It hurts so bad. I cannot afford to go home and rest, otherwise i would.

Vicodin? wont really get rid of cramps just numb you up
You need either IBprofin (up to 800 mg) or Naproxen this will help your cramps better than Vicodin, besides that Vicodin is the weakest mg they make

Be careful of the hydrocodone, it might make you sleepy. It will help with the cramps though.
YES, it will help. You may only need a half to start. That might be enough to get rid of the cramps.
