Does losing weight make hemorrhoids go away?!

Question: Quite possibly. Hemorrhoids are often a result of pressure on the lower back or abdominal area that in turn puts pressure on the blood veins in that area. Pregnant women often get them as a result of the increased weight around their middle.

So yes, losing weigh very well may help the situation, even if it can't get rid of them completely.

Losing weight is a good idea whether you are a little or a lot overweight, because being at a healthy weight can relieve so much strain off of your body and reduce your risk for many diseases, such as heart disease (the no.1 killer of women!). Being healthy doesn't mean thin, it means simply what it states. Healthy.

best of luck!
