You could have low blood sugar, Drink gatorade or something!. If that does not work maybe check for low blood pressure because when your standing up really fast thats your blood not pumping to your head fast enough!. It happens to me all the time, if that doesnt work maybe go to the doc and see what he has to say!. Hope you feel better =(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh!.!.!.!.well if you are a teen like me this is a very common thing, it happens to me and other teenagers all the time! Now these little shaking episodes can be caused by numerous reasons at your age (circulation,anxiety,diet etc!.) anyways make sure you are breathing properly (not too fast, not too slow, constant rate)!.!.!.make sure your body has enough fuel (often people get faint,numb and dizzy when they havent eatin enough protein, vitamins etc!.)!.!.!.!.umm i get panic or anxiety attacks ALOT!.!.!.my heart gets pumpimg really fast, cant breath properly, shake, heart palpations!.!.!.!.umm relax if anxiety is the case!!! um wow im lucky my dad is a paramedic so he can tell me what is going on when this happens to me :P anyways this sort of stuff is very common in people (especially teenagers), dont worry about it, im sure you will grow out of it eventually!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have low blood sugar, your not eating and drinking enough!. When you stand up or sit down, the blood rushes to different parts of your body and head because the heart's pumping pressure is different due to your body configuration!. The loss of blood to your head makes you dizzy, but gets better after 10 seconds when blood flow is normal agianWww@Answer-Health@Com
