If you are concerned about RLS you should see someone who specializes in neurological or sleep problems!.
Diagnosis is made by a thorough history and can be confirmed via sleep study!.
Doctors will recommend blood work to rule out other causes and check a ferritin level!.
RLS is a painful and stressful condition that needs to be addressed by a doctor!.
Upon diagnosis your doctor may recommend Mirapex or Requip!.
These are serious drugs with serious side effects and should not be used if they do not suppress the urge to move or discomfort!.
Other drugs like opioid may be beneficial in treating refractory rls
It may take years to find an ounce of relief that is why there is no time like the present to talk to your doctor about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
