Question: I think I screwed up my knee while I was trying to align my hip!?
I was looking at this webpage at TheHerbDoc!.com

I should have realised their exercises were really stupid and dangerous, especially step number 5!.

I'm afraid that step 5 hurt my right knee, because I felt a crackle while I was doing it and now I have a crack in it every time I kneel up and down that I don't recall having before!.

Do you know if that exercise could have caused my knee to misalign!?

Also, does it make sense that my left calf muscle would hurt three weeks after a gym accident that may have caused my hip to misalign!?

I was pushed forward on a rowing machine (in the middle left of my back) without warning when trying to reach for the handlebar and felt about two crackles to the left of my lower back in the hip area!.

did u read all the instructions before u tried this!.!.!.

cause the caution at the bottom says that it can make some conditions worse!.!.!.!.

if ur knee swells or becomes "stiff" then i would call the doc in the morning u may need to get an MRI doneWww@Answer-Health@Com
