Weak back from push ups?!
Question: Weak back from push ups!?
i was doing push ups and i over did it and really bent my back, after like 2 hours it still hurts a little!. what do i do!? wait it out or is there any exercise that will help it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you strained a muscle!. Walking and swimming are probably the two best exercises for your back!.
I had injured my back from a fall and it damaged some muscle tissue!. Walking 30 minutes a day helped it heal and strengthen it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
