my wife is 7!.3 months preg and her left foot hurt, like when u lay on ur arm and its not asleep but the bone hurts, thats the way the foot hurts!? any sugestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Swelling is usually the result of water retention!. Avoid salt and drink plenty of fluids!. That's right!. Staying hydrated will reduce water retention!.
The hormones released to ease childbirth also tend to relax the tendons in the feet and cause pain!. Make sure she is wearing properly fitting shoes!. Exercise - walking - will help!.
