Question: Sleepless nights make for miserable days!.!?
Okay, so here's the deal!. The past couple of weeks, maybe a month now, I haven't been able to sleep very well!. I tried to take Tylenol PM, but it got to where I was taking 3 at 6pm, and still couldn't go to sleep until 11pm or 12am!. I tried a Unisom, I took it at 7:30 the other night and didn't go to sleep until after 11pm!. I wake up feeling so tired!. I am tired all day, to the point of exhaustion!. I only have about two hours around lunch where I am fully awake!. I don't have the time or energy to go see a doctor right now, it will be several months before I can get to see him, because of work, which I can't miss, or I will have no job anymore!.
Anyone have any suggestions!?
And please don't say drink warm milk - it's nasty!.
Hot relaxing bath - sounds great, have tried it, too exhausted to deal with the kiddos coming in every five mins and 'checking' on me, and by the time I put them to bed, I'm way too tired!.

Well, you've already tried OTC meds, so until you can see your dr !.!.!.
If you have a tv in your room, try not watching it at least 2 hours before you go to bed - less disractions for your mind!.
The smell of lavendar works well too!. You can buy sprays from Bath & Body Works to go on your pillow, they have lotion too!.

i am currently haveing the same problem!. i take like 5 tylenols or chug some nyquil and still dont get to sleep till like 3 or 4 in the mornin and i wake a 7 to go to work, so it suck i know!. this is what i do to "help" go to sleep!. grab a bag full of sticky and roll one smoke it and that relaxes me watch some tv and pass out by like 2 its not the best but it works!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
