Legs constantly cramping when I sleep???!


Question: Legs constantly cramping when I sleep!?!?!?
At night I wake up frequently with leg cramps!. I woke up at least 5 times last night because of it!. It's not a every night thing, but enough to worry!. The front and back of them plus feet cramp at times too!. What can this be!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

RLS!.!.!.!.Restless Leg Syndrome is what it sounds like!. Haven't you seen the commercials where the actors complain of leg cramping & pain ~ especially at night and the Dr!. says!.!.!.!.it's RLS!.

RLS!.!.!.go to the Dr!. so he can give you some medication for that!. My mom takes Requip and it works wonders for her legs!.!.!.so she says!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The potassium is a good idea!. It's best to get it from a natural source like bananas!. Too many potassium pills can cause diarrhea which can harm you even more!. (Have the pills mostly in case of emergency!. - or take 500 Mgs!. every 3rd!. day or so!.) Take about 1500 mgs!. at most when it's really bad!. You may also need more calcium and magnesium!. Too much tea or coffee (diuretics) deplete your system of potassium so go easy on them!.
