My lower back is absolutley killing me to the point where i can barely move!. The strange thing is is that im olny 14!. How can i get some relief!?!Fast!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go find a pool and lay on one of those floaty back chairs , that should help , i did that when i threw out my back in soccer!.Hope I Helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

use a hot water bottle and put it under ur back when u go to sleep it helps alot!. this happened to me i pulled my back muscle while i was at work and it hurt so much!. so i put a hot water bottle!. alos do some back stretches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you might of done something to slip a disc in your back!.

think of anything you have done at all in the past month at least where you may have hurt your back!.

you have the possibility of also having a muscle pulled!.

Take some ibprofen or some icy hot and try and not use your back whenever you can!.

i think you should see a doctor so he can confirm if there is anything wrong with your back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay cold pack and get in a hot tub!.
Hot does not always work, sometimes makes it worse
when you do stuff like pushups make sure your back is straight

but my physical therapist is coming up with research that actually proves it to be impossible

i have backpain and im 12 just turned 13 yesterday !. it is so bad i got it when i was 10 and i went to the chiropractor he sent me away!. i went to the back pain doctor he sent me to physical therapist i wen tthere and they gave me some stuff to strengthen my back

* your best bet is go to a back doctor, you probably inherited so go to like where you aunt or mom or dad or some-one goes*
*back doctor will either tell you to stay with him or go somewhere like physical therapist or chiropractor*

OK Check out how and what you are sitting in most of the day!. I was sitting too high up from my computer screen and was hunching over to see it and type!. I thought I needed surgery, but when I changed my chair to go lower the pain went away!. Also do some back stretches!. Put your hands at your waist behind you and bend backward without bending your knees!. Use an ice pack too!.!.!.that will take down the swelling if you have any!. Do this for a week and I hope this helps you!. If after you have tried everything see a doctor and get an x-ray you may have done some damage and need medical help!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

How long has it been going on is a pretty important question!. Could be you just pulled or strained a muscle in your back!. What were you doing prior to the back pain!?!?

What kind of bed do you sleep in!?
How is your posture!?
Are you overweight!?

Find the answers to those questions and you will probably find the reason for the pain!. If it has been on going for a long time go see a doctor!.

For quick pain relief try Marijuana, better and safer then Tylenol three's!.

Other then that, get some rest, try sleeping on your back on a wood floor, try getting a firmer mattress!.

A trick that worked for me was when i lay down i would put a rolled up towel or pillow under the small of my back, eased the pain while i was laying down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you play sports or you do physical work you may have a herniated disk!. If you do a doctor will help with that!. Temporary relief would be a hot pad!. If it doesn't go away call a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there could b anumber of reasons!.!.but to b honest laying around is probably a more worse option for you as gentle movement might help ease it or gentle pressure on your back!.!.!.

While standing up, Put your hands on your lower back with your thumbs pointing in toward each other and lean back!. Straighten gently and repeat!. Apply pressure to the lower back while doing this!.
You have a nerve in your spine called the sciatic nerve and it causes your left leg to sometimes cramp!. sometimes go numb and sometimes just hurt like hell!.
Lay on your back and cross your left leg over your right and grasp the left knee!. Pull it gently toward your right shoulder a little at a time to stretch the left hip muscle and relieve the stress on the sciatic nerve!.
