It could be several things!. You could be coming down with the flu or some such thing, it could be a light touch of food poisoning or it could be "An inner ear thing!." Your inner ear has a great deal to do with balance!." This could strike you most any time even when driving (though not often!.)(most likely to occurs when you're exerting yourself!. The blood flow increases and then you have that added pressure on your inner ear!. It could therefore be a head cold that shifted to your inner ear!.

If it occurs a great deal do see a doctor!. (like twice a day for 5 days or more!.)

Take care!.

It will probably go away on it's own if you don't over do anything and take vitamins as well as eat healthily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to eat before you games! Your body don't have to energy to play!.You need to drink alot of water when playing! The more you sweat the more you lose water! Drink gatorade to help you put back what your putting out!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could've been low blood sugar!. LIke the previous poster said, eat before games and be sure to drink water and gatorade to replenish all of the sodium you are sweating out!. Before a game eat a meal high in protein and carbs!.
Stay hydrated!.

Sounds like low blood sugar or blood pressure!.

Eat before the game but make sure it is complex-carbohydrates not simple sugars!. Also drink plenty of fluid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Avoid sugar and high amounts of carbohydrates!. Eat balanced meals with whole grain carbs at regular times!.
Check your blood sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
