It all depends on your other symptoms!.!.If you feel like maybe its a migraine!.!.A very bad headache,with nausea and or vomiting!. Your eyes may also hurt when exposed to lights!.!.Your head hurts more when your in a loud place or people are around you talking loudly,thats a migraine!.!.I take advil migraine and it usually takes the pain away in about 20 mins!.!.And it also helps with the other symptoms too!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
What is St Joesphs!? Is it aspirin!? The answer depends on your age!. If you are a teen or young adult, then stick with tylenol because of the risk of reyes syndrome!.
I personally prefer naproxen sodium , the generic name for aleve!. You only need to take one tablet every twelve hours!. It can even knock down the pain of a tooth ache!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
