Question: I have a realy sore knee!?
I have a realy sore knee it happened yesterday when i was playin football!.i can hardly walk on it and there is a small lump under my knee that realy hurts!.What is it!?

it seems you have a strain injury!. you need to see a doctor but in the meantime, add salt to hot water, the hotter you can tolerate and put your leg inside, salt and hot water put out swollen limbs, then rub ointment and bandage!. avoid running, using stairs and everything that makes you force your leg!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could be cartilage damage i done it to myself a couple of months ago and i'm still in agony i reckon you should get it checked out by a docWww@Answer-Health@Com
