Stretching and flexibility [choosing best]?!


Question: Stretching and flexibility [choosing best]!?
I'm really hyped for cheer but this has been my "lazy year"
after injuries i lost flexibility in my legs soon i just stopped stretching and trying, I was so close to a flip flop but once the class was over I seriously just lost everything!. How can I regain my ability and not get hurt doing so!? I'm 13 i know there has to be a way to regain my talent!.

Best stretches are dancing and yoga stretches, but ones you feel comfortable doing!. Start out small, only about five to ten minutes a day and build up to where you can hold the stretches longer!. Don't hold them for to long in the beginning, just enough to stretch it :) Eat healthy foods, because the heavier you are, the harder things will get!. Stick to fruits, veggies, and things with protein for your muscles!. Also, if you gained a lot of muscle in your "lazy" time, that will increase the difficulty of becoming more flexible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
