Why do my legs heart after soccer games?!

Question: Why do my legs heart after soccer games!?
OK!. So I'm a soccer player, I was practicing indoor soccer 2 times a week whole winter but I have never experienced such pain in my legs!. Finally the weather is nice so I started playing outdoor soccer everyday with my friends!. First week I was fine but second week I experienced pain in my knees and on the side of my heels!. I don't think it's the pain of my muscles getting used to intense running because I experienced that long time ago!. And my muscles are fine they don't hurt, it's just two place of my legs knees and heels!. I don't know what happened to them but one thing is that last week it was little bit cold (-4 to 7)and I was wearing shorts while I was playing!. So the case might be that those parts of my legs got cold!. It makes me nervous because I can not play like old times it affects my soccer skills and the tournament starts on may!. I just decided to just rest a little bit and not spend extra time rather than in the team!. Is that a right decision!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you should rest for a bit but don't know if it is the weather that caused this problem esp as it was indoors!. I wore shorts regularly (not just for games) in all weathers at boarding school up to 13!. Could get chillblanes when freezing but not this problem!.

BTW some guys grease their legs when it's exceptionally cold!. Try that!. Also some guys wear soccer socks over their knees!. Don't like that style myself but may help!. Wearing them up to the knee caps should be sufficient (and looks better anyway - they look awful half fallen down) Garters help keep the socks up of course!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont know you might have some kind of artritus forming or something it might be best to go to a doctor but rest may help itWww@Answer-Health@Com

maybe you are just growing!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly are you warming up properly!? Seems as youre having pain you need to pay extra atention to warming up!. Also i would check your footware (studs or moulds) (Firm ground or soft ground), as this can also have a big effect!. I agree with your decision to rest for a week or two!. If symptoms carry on the best thing to do is to see a doctor straight away as he will know what he is talking about!.

Best of luck!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
