Ok!. The bone at the bottom of my spine-the tail bone or coxxyx(I think) has been sore since Jan!. I dunno what i did but when i sat down in a car it hurt like hell going round corners and whenever i went to stand up after sitting i would almost shout in pain!. I couldnt bend!. It got better gradually after about 2 months, but is starting to hurt again!. I cant go to the doctors with it atm-as I need a clear medical report for something!. What can i do about it!? You need to buy a pillow that is a wedge, it has a hole cut out where your tailbone is!. The same thing happened to me and I had an x ray done and they said this injury can be caused from several different things, but that with me, it was caused when I delivered my son, my pelvis didn't form back like it should therefor causing excruciating pain while sitting, for any length of time, couldn't lay down flat on my back, and also sore to the touch!. I was able to go to a Chiropractor and have them manually move it back into place and I am not going to lie!.!.!.it hurt, so bad!. I had to have that done two times b/c it came back out of place again!. Since then it has been much, much better!. So you might want to get an x-ray of it, see if it is broken, or cracked, or placed wrong!. And then go from there!. I know how painful this is!.!.!.I would cry b/c it hurt so bad, and no-one seemed to understand exactly how frustrating it was!. Now it only hurts if I sit for hours at a time, but that is a complete turn around from where I was!. The wedges that are made for that really, really help!. I bought mine off of Ebay, I have also seen them at general retail stores!. I hope that this helps you and that you begin to feel relief soonWww@Answer-Health@Com
