Should I take my earrings out or is too soon, possible infection?!

Question: Should I take my earrings out or is too soon, possible infection!?
I got my ear lobes pierced 4 months ago, and I clean them 1-2 times a day now, used to do it 3 times a day for the first month!. It seems like they get better for awhile, then they start to get worse!. Today I was cleaning them, once a week I take them out and clean the studs and my ears really good!. When I pulled out the stud a drop of blood came out of my ear lobe!. And it's red and kind of purplish color behind my ear lobes!. I use neosporin (I know you're not supposed to), but it doesn't hurt as bad and I believe it can help if there's any infection, to put the earrings back in!. And, I use that solution stuff Claires advises you to use!. I always wear the 10K gold earrings I bought from them when I originally got my ears pierced!. Is there someother kind of earring I should use!? Should I just take them out for good!? Or give it awhile!? When will it eventually be healed so I can leave them out for a few days at a time!? Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

neosporin is a good idea!.per icing ear rings are the only ones i have ever been able to wear,i never take mine out!.but yours should be healed enough by now to take them out fora day or two ,but just leave the in it might take you a year to heal !Www@Answer-Health@Com
