Whats wrong with my posture?!?!


Question: Whats wrong with my posture!?!!?
i know i have a posture problem!.!.!. cause in pictures im always hunched in a way!.!.!. heres how i normaly stand,
you can easily tell my posture is way off!.!.!.

now my parents told me that if i straighten up, then my posture will be better
so i tried straightening up, but it still looks like an odd posture doesnt it!?
it looks like im leaning back in a way!.!.!.!. probably worse than my original posture right!? or is it better!?

These are two links for you!. One is a condition called kyphosis, the other is called lordosis!. You will need a physical exam and probably an x-ray of your back to determine what's wrong with your back!. It's difficult for me to tell from your pictures because they're all side-view pictures!. I had the same problem with posture, and it looked like your posture!. What I did to help straighten out is instead of pulling my back backwardes was to just pull my shoulders back so that they are straight!. This helped a lot with the appearance of my posture!. It will be uncomfortable on your back until you get used to it!. It made my back ache as well, but it gets better!. Hope this helps!. :)
Also if you want to make sure you are standing up straight, stand up against a wall and then pull your shoulders back and just walk away with that posture!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

We need better pictures to see whether your posture is fine or not!. You blocked out your ears, and didn't show your ankles, both important landmarks!.

As for fixing your posture, consult with your doctor to have him refer you to a physical therapist trained in McKenzie technique!. Do not go to any other PT, it must be McKenzie trained!. They know how to realign your posture!.
