my knee is weak loose and swollen 3 mounths after i hurt it in foobtall!. when i stand straight and move my knee inward i can feel a shift and a weaird feeling in my knee im scaired to run and stuff and i got x rays and nothin wrong with my bones and i got no knee fluid wat should i do i cant stand this!.PLEASE HELPWww@Answer-Health@Com
