Answers:
Of course your feet are killing you - you are running around all day! You should get a good pair of sneakers with good arches in them!. When you get home and off your feet - soak them in warm water and put lotion on them!. If you are going to use them so much you are going to have to pamper them as well!Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I was working in hospitality, I bought a set of gel inserts for my shoes!. No-one can tell that your wearing them, and they'll improve the comfort of almost any enclosed shoes you have!. My feet were much less sore after I started using them!. They feel a little funny at first, but you'll get used to them quickly!.

Good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm a nurse so I need comfy shoes too!. I don't know where you're from but in the UK there's a shop called Clarks, they make black boring shoes with padding in them and they are soooo comfy! You forget you're wearing them!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, I would check with a podiatrist for orthodics!. They take a cast of your feet and when done they come back like a Dr!.Scholls slip in orthodic!. Your feet will feel like you have another pair of feet!. They do have some at local department stores :walmart, kmart and any drug store but they arent the right thing you need cuz they dont form your feet!. While your waiting for your orthodics, soak in warm to hot water for 20 mins when you get home from work!. Waitressing is a rough job and I hope you enjoy it and make the money!. Orthodics are usually covered by insurances(I use to work for a podiatrist)!.Good Luck!. CKWww@Answer-Health@Com

If possible see a foot doctor and go on disability for some time!. See if they allow you to retrain for something else, talk to employment security office!.

Or

Look at different shoes, and try them out at the stores, if your present shoes are slightly used, buy inserts for them, made buy Dr!. Scholls or similar kind and try to use it, or just use them from start!.

Or

Go to a hospital and ask any nurse to tell you where they buy their special nurses' shoes!. You may be able to get this info (stores' address) on Internet, or by making a local call or in yellow pages, telephone book look for Hospital supplies!. Never buy shoes without trying!.

Or find a desk job!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
