My left foot is swollen for no good reason, what does that mean?!
Question: My left foot is swollen for no good reason, what does that mean!?
I was awoken by my niece who noticed my left foot was much bigger than my right (she's 9)!. I thought she was seeing things until i looked at my feet!. My left foot is swollen but i don't remember ever injuring it and it didn't look that way before i went to sleep!. Does anyone have any suggestions as to whay could have happened!. and no, i don't feel any pain!. it's as if nothing is wrong with it!. I do however suffer from lower back pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

inflamation, and that lower back pain is easy to treat with some water ( not kidding )!. Drink alkaline water ( atleast 1/2 your body weight in ounces )!. I recomend kangen water!. it is alkaline, micro-clustered, and has a very high negative ORP ( all good )!. i would get the food checked out by the doctor!. drink water for that also!. Dont drink tap, it has clorine!. and most bottled water is acidic ( bad) and expensive!. so choose Fiji water or kangen!. Kangen is cheaper ( $0!.68 or less a gallon)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
There are a whole lot of reasons why that could be happening!. Some of them are inconsequencial & others can be quite serious!. I strongly recommend you see a physician about this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
