Elbow Tendonitis?!
Question: Elbow Tendonitis!?
I am a High School baseball pitcher and I recently got tendonitis!. Well, I think I have tendonitis in my elbow!. When I put my arm out straight I feel pain in my elbow, especially when I do it fast!. I also feel pain when I pitch or throw a ball in general!. The pain is only in my elbow!.
I have been icing it and I have not really been throwing much!. I also take IB Profen at least once a day!.
Are there any other things I should be doing!?
Should I be doing any stretches!? If so, what stretches!?

I have had that mine was so bad i used to shake with it so i had a operation to fix it, its far better now but on odd moments it locks but i rub it to free it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
