So I havent smoked in months and I feel so good about myself because I finally quit!. but my dad was here today and he left a stoge in the garage and everyone is asleep and I WANT IT SOOOOO BAD!!! HELP ME!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's hard to quit!. If you smoke that cigarette, you'll have to go through all the hard quitting process again!.

You have to ask yourself why do you want a cigarette!. The Harvard study and process to quit smoking has been the most effective of all ways to stop!. That process suggests a person smoke 1 cigarette less each day until the person reaches a point where they are going bonkers!. At that point, level off and smoke the number of cigarettes at that level for about 10 days!. Then start the process again by reducing 1 cigarette per day from that level!.

Also, wait 20 minutes from the time you feel you want a cigarette before going ahead and smoking one!.

The emotional side to smoking has shown that people that smoke have one of two reasons for smoking!. The first one is a death wish and the second one is to irritate another person that has greatly objected that they smoke!.

The largest number that smoke is due to the death wish!. You need to find out what is creating this issue to truly stop the habit!.
