Why do my head ache all the time?!
Question: Why do my head ache all the time!?
Sometime ago I went and got a cat scan!.!.!. They saw nothing unusual!. What should I do!? My head aches all the time and it gets worse when I eat!. Why!? I wake up with a headache and lay down with it too!.!. I get 6 or more hours of sleep!. I don't know if I'm allergic to foods or other things!.But they are some thing I can eat and not have a sharp headache!.!. Am I not doing enough!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would contact a neurologist to make sure everything is check out!. Also, are you drinking enough fluids!? Dehydration is the number one cause of headaches!. If you've been dealing with a lot of stress, clench your teeth in your sleep, have a neck injury or many other things can contribute to your headaches!. At minimum, the doctors need to help you find some relief and figure out the cause!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i used to get headaches just like that its caused by stress talk to some1 to also find out if you have allergies that also might be the problemWww@Answer-Health@Com
