It has gotten better but I still can't turn my neck without feeling that pain!. I have to get up from my seat just to look beside me!. Should I sleep on the floor!? No your Neck is Not broken!.Have you tried a Hot bath,Soak in it for a while or how about a Hot shower and let the water just flow down on your Neck!.How about going to a massage therapist in your area or your Chiropractor!.For Now I suggest when you go to bed make sure your Pillow is right under your neck!.Hope you feel better soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sleep with one firm pillow, not too thick!. Then use an icepack and wrap it in a towel!. Put this on the area every hour for 15 minutes and it will take down the swelling!. Don't "pop" your own neck!.!.!.go to a good chiropractor!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If there are little fish all over your pillows, then you have a creek in your neck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

DO NOT POP UR NECK! PLEASE DON'T!!!!! Now i am sure that u didn't break ur neck because if u did u would b paralyzed!. I would highly recommend going to the chiropractor because they handle bones when they get out of alignment!. Trust me it helps sooooo much!. I am in gymnastics and i had a very bad fall and couldn't turn my neck to one side it hurt soo much! My mom took me straight to our chiropractor!. Once he adjusted my neck i could move it!!! I hopes this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

less pillows is actually better for neck pains!. I use just one pillow undermy head and when im extra sore ill put one between my legs to relieve undo strain on your back wich inturn affects your neck!. I dated a massage therapist and she knew her stuff!. wich side is it on !. you can massage your self using the opposite hand along the top and back area between shoulder and neck you can probably feel the knot put pressure directly on the knot and dont be affraid to let it hurt a little bit youll have to to work it out!. But know if you can hold your head up to work a computer its not that!. and thats another thing get off the computer and exercize!.!.!. I know I should!. I feel bad for you this used tyo happen to me all the time I would actually have to turn my whole body just to look right or left!. I felt like I was wearing an invisible halo device that hurt alot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you don't pop your neck to make it feel better, you may do damage!.first you get your self to a Dr!. and get checked out, this is serious, you could do damage to your spinal cord , and that could cause a life long injury!.it might turn out to be only a crook in your neck , and that will be ok, but don't mess around with your life , you might not die but being a cripple or handicap over something that was minor and can be fixed would be stupid!.so please go see your Dr!. and let him guide you on what to do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
