I am the mother of 3 (11, 7, and 4), I work full time and I am an active member of my community, I can't afford to be Lupe' (like Fiasco, lol) all day!.!.!. Is there any thing that I can do to relieve the spasms!?!? I haven't exercised in over a year (terrible I know, I'm starting to think maybe I should get back into that!!!) I could really, really use your help!.!.!.serious responses only!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That was happening to me too, only it was because my school backpack weighed so much!. Is there anything heavy you are carrying!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First thing that comes to mind would be to go and have an emergency visit to the chiropractors office and see if he can straiten it out, if that doesn't solve your issues!. I would suggest stop taking the naproxen and stay on the muscle relaxers because I'm pretty sure the naproxen is what is making you so stoned, although I'm not a doctor or anything!. What I would do!.

hope i helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Shock therpy to your back maybe helpful but only a doctor can determine if it would work for you!.

Ahhh! I know your pain! don't take these pain killers anymore, they can have serious side effects!. Sometimes when you are in one uncomfortable position for a while it gets painful!.!.!. stop using the medicines the doctor perscribed and try some ibpurofen!. In the mean time, drink lots of water and avoid vigirous movement until the pain settles down!. If it really hurts, you can also use a heating pad or hot waterbottle on it for a little while to relieve the pain temporarily!. The pain might take a while to go away though!. Trust me, I went to Florida (I live in Texas) for 9 days and the 3rd day there my back started hurting and the pain didnt stop till 3 days after we got back!. In the mean time, you can see a chiropractor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
