Any tips to avoid this?!


Question: Any tips to avoid this!?
I kinda stopped going to the gym last week cause i got sick (colds and stuff) but i was still playing basketball all week round that time!.!.!. today i hit the gym again same routine like i always do every day!.!. minding im already 100% well that time!.!.

but come basketball time i was i felt really weak as in i was chucking up airballs!.!.!.!. the ball just went halfway then dropped so instead of going to the 3point line like i always do i was forced to go down low!.!.!.!.!.

now i realized that my body may have not been well yet or that i overdid the work out and that i only had an hour and a half of rest!.!.!. is there a resting period for the body from weights to cardio like bball and how long!.!.!.!. and any other advice to prevent the legs from cramping up asides from stretching and stuff cause i love being physically active during the summer times thanks :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

You need to go back to exercise gently after a few days off!. Be kind to your body: it's still recovering!.

Built up the intensity gradually over the course of a few days!. You shouldn't expect to be back on form until a week or so after your illness is over!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

youre just not healed completely yet!. even though u may have felt 100 percent better doing the little stuff, doesnt mean you were ready for a real workout yet, give it time and get some more rest!. get some vitamins too!Www@Answer-Health@Com
