Get outside and walk in a park or nice area!. Work out with weights or do aerobics of some sort!.

Stay away from caffeine - coffee, tea, most sodas, and chocolate!.

Do calming things like yoga, massages, tai chi, or soak in a tub!.!.!. listen to calming music!.

Reading instead of TV or movies is usually more relaxing and is good for the brain!.

Go for meds only if it persists and interferes with your work or life as many anxiety meds can make you ill in other ways!.!.!.nautious!.!.!.etc!.

If depression is a problem consider requesting Prozac which doesn't cause dry mouth!.

I know people have gone suicidal on Prozac but if you're an adult the main reason for that seems to be that if you felt great for a year or whatever and then all of a sudden it doesn't work (this can and does happen with most meds!.) then people can't always handle going back to the devistating depression they knew they went through before!.
If you go this route know that there are always other meds you can shift to and that if you liked Prozac you can eventually go back to it and it will work again!.

You must get rid of the stress because it messes with the brain and can cause you to become depressed !.

If you can it's usually best to work out etc!. with others!.

Stress & depression are harder to deal with than virtually all other medical problems!.

Write all your stresses down on paper and set it aside and only work on them at particular times!. It helps you sleep!. It will prevent you from dwelling on your problems at all times!. It's amazing how well this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
