Answers:
You probably haven't exercised in a while!. Once you stop and start up again, you'll be sore!. You may want to sit around and wait for the pain to go away but that will make it worse!. You have to keep exercising even if it hurts!. Move your shoulders everyday do some crunches!. Just don't stop moving cause if you do it'll hurt more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go and see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Did you add EPSOM salts to your bath and were your sore parts submerged !?

You also might have a touch of the flu or a cold!. These can cause aches as well!.

"Ben Gay" is suppose to help !.!.!.some more than others!. Over the counter at pharmacies!.

A soft massage in the chest area and a harder one at shoulders also helps!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go and get a massage!.!.!.it will help loosen the tight muscles!.
go easier on the next work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should mobilise the affected areas/muscles!. Just do some gentle exercises to increase the circulation and warm up the muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Instead of a bath do a hot shower where you can stand and let the hot water wash over the sore areas!. Don't burn yourself but make sure the water stays nice and warm!. After that do some light stretching to keep the muscles from tying up further!.
Some people say the liniments help and some say they don't!. My husband swears by Tiger Balm but boy does it stink!.
Take a pain reliever that has anti-inflmatory properties like Advil or Motrin!. Some post workout muscle pain is caused by dehydration so drink plenty of water and maybe a sports drink with electrolytes like Gatorade or Powerade!. You should have done that right away but I figure!.!.better late than never!.
I find day 2 is always the worst so hopefully you'll begin to feel better tomorrow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ouch!.!.!.you've probably badly strained your muscles which can be very painful!. Usually this peaks 2 days after the exercise due to the levels of lactic acid build up in the muscles!. It should start to feel a bit better tommorrow!. You can try massage, heat, gentle stretches etc!. If its not starting to feel better after another couple of days see your doctor!. You might also want to take some anti-inflammatories provided its safe for you to take them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try getting a massage to loosen the muscles, but keep going to the gym it will get easier each time, but you might have over done it last time!. start off slower and dont do so much and each time you go do a little more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
