Personally, I would take the Advil!. The advil has antiinflammatory properties in it!. To be honest, the past few nights I have had the same thing!. I actually took both aleve and advil for the pain!. The best relief was from a few Lidocaine patches I had from my back, but they are prescribed by a doctor!. The relief was amazing from the patch and Advil!. Anyways, good luck and I hope the pain goes away!. If you need anything else, feel free to ask!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
