What can I do to relieve arm pain?!


Question: What can I do to relieve arm pain!?
The upper part of my arms, just under my shoulders hurt when put them out (as if I was hugging someone) really hurst and aches!. I don't know whether it's from exercise or a bad sleeping position or something, but it's been going on for a day or two now and is affecting my neck too!. Anyway I could stop it!? Iv'e had that too!.!.!.try some deep heat ointment from any pharmacy or Walmart,etc!.!.!.!.seems to work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
