Is this muscle pain?!

Question: Is this muscle pain!?

OK, I've been experiencing muscle pain for about a week now!. But when i moved my arm up and down, it felt abit 'looser' and better!. It was painful down near my wrist, but it's now in my bicep and i'm experiencing earaches in my left ear, where my muscle pains hurt, it's now in the biceps!. And i've been getting little spots on my elbow too!. Is this normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
