Sleeping issues?!
Question: Sleeping issues!?
well!.!.!. for the past 2 or 3 days i have bin randomly waking up at about 12!.00ish
i have no idea why
its weird because i would wake up then i wouldnt be able to go back to sleep
thenn im tired the next day because i dont get enough sleep
also im fine until around 12ish

wel its either an internal or exteral reaction!.like you could be waking up at that time becasue of a noise but when you wake up the noise stops so you think you just wole up for no reason or it can be internal and you can have a chemical inbalenceWww@Answer-Health@Com
maybe you arent geting enough exercise!. or perhaps you arent getting enough exposure to sunlight(really integral to your bodys clock)Www@Answer-Health@Com
