i don't have any neosporin, is there anything else i can use on an open pimple!?

Use stridex, always works for me!. It can be found at most pharmacies!. It is alcohol free!. Try it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
u can put a little castor oil on it!.!. it will keep the skin from getting dry and scab prematurely, and it will help with scarring!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i just wash it with dove soap, and believe me i get pimples all the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i have never heard of peroxide making something scar!. it cleans it out!. anyway, just wash it well with facial soap!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Just wash it with clean water!. Hydrogen Peroxide should definately not make things worst - it's basically one of the best germ killers there is, so nope, shouldn't be causing too much of a problem!.
