have someone take a flash light and shine it into your eye's if your pupils diolate then you should be a ok if they dont go to the er and get a x-ray and don't sleep for at least a hour or take pain medicine it may hide any damage you may have done!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
If you feel woozie or vomit in the next 24 hours you may have a concussion!. Otherwise, you might get a bump on your head but you will be fine!. I'm not sure how your period relates to a head injury but tylenol should help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
