theres really nothing on the left side of your nose that can be injured except for a sinus fracture or the nasal bone being a little brusied or maybe fractured!. if you somehow hit that side of your nose on something hard, it may be fractured or bruised up!. ice it for 20 minutes as much as possible maybe every 3 hours!. if i doesnt go away, see a doctor asap!Www@Answer-Health@Com
