believe it or not this is the short version!.!.!.
The worst injury that i have ever had is the one that i have now!. My knee!. I origanally injured it in June of 07 while playing beach volleyball(partial tear to MCL), i had to go through several months of PT, had 3 cortisonne injections(just to help control the swelling), and 2 MRIs(one 10 days after injury and the second 3 months after cause my knee wasnt getting any better)!. After the second injury showed nothing new i was cleared(with much convincing) to participate in competitive cheerleading, but couldnt tumble!.!.!. and had to continue with PT and followup every 4 weeks with the ortho!.!.!. In january the possiblity of surgery was finally brought up and i was to meet with the surgeon in February, well it was at that time that i was convinced again to try PT one more time, but with phono(cortisone and ultrasound) which didnt really help, i was scheduled to go back on March 19th but on March 17th my knee collasped and when it did i felt this horrible ripping within my knee, that was followed be horrible pain, massive swelling and the inability to bear any weight due to the instability!.!.!. I was convinced to go to the ER where i was put in an immobolizer and back to NWB(bye bye cheer season)!.!. when i went to my appointment on the 19th i was sent for a 3rd MRI!.!. but the results were "inconclusive" according to the radiologist!.!.!. so i was sent to a specialist, who immediatly saw the problem:
1!. retore MCL
2!. either partial or completely torn ACL(couldnt tell because of obstruction on MRI and too much swelling to be sure based on physical exam)
3!. chondral fracture(cartiage ripped away) on patella(hello obstruction)
I am now in PT trying to regain some ROM and decrease the swelling(finally gone down) before having surgery!.!.!.
it has been 5 weeks and my knee is still VERY unstable!.!.!.

second degree burns on my hand!. had to go to a burn specialist and wear a goofy spandex glove on my hand to prevent horrible scarring!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'll bite!.When I was in 11 th grade I was riding my bike with a friend to get into condition to ride my bike around Lake in the woods in Canada!. I had fallen off my bike cause my friend stopped and I wasn't paying any attention!. I was instead LOOKING at a cute fellow!. I fell it hurt!. I broke my wrist & my family pretty much called me a wussy!. NO Dr!. so I drank a full bottle of booze praise God for liquor while I was in pain!. Later got to Dr!. It was broken!.
So I learned to NOT be a wussy fast forward to 1999!. Finally have enough pain to leave an abusive marriage where I was shot at too,no biggie!. I was preggers with kiddo five,a mercy

I had surgery Dr thought I was having a etptopic pregnancy NOPE just a bit of gangrene in my ol'body baby was fine my fallopian tube was being a bugger so was one of my ovaries so those two items were missing after that surgery!. I was coding on them on table and deeply apologizing for pulling the Dr and staff out of bed to care for me!.!.how dare I!?
They knocked me out and did the surgery I awoke to pads beside my bed and a feeling of lost of a child in my heart and soul!. But nope baby was fine!.DR was furious told me if I would've waited 1 hour I would be DEAD!. Oh well!.
Later my baby died of SIDS!.
So sometimes I get pod with self for taking self to Dr & hospital I know I am a wussy!!
I have four beautiful other children as I was told after my baby's death and to also get over it and he was only a baby for heavens sakes!.
so that is a bit of my wee little pain and also memories of sexual violence done to me as a young child and later a teen and later as someones wife!. I was owned in the flesh by that spouse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is lame but when i was 11, my knee got smashed against a brick wall, now i'm sixteen and i can instantly feel pain just from high jumping!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i waswalking down this steep hil when i was playing around with my firends then they weree joking around and i did not see the edge so i kept walking and i fell down it and fractured my ankle and wrist and my other wrist and my other ankleWww@Answer-Health@Com

I am not going to go too into details but the worse injury is the one I have now and have been struggling with for years!. I have patella tendon problems!.!.!.I have had oever 6 surgeries and in the last one had complications!.!.!.at this point i have been on crutches for a little over 6 months and in an immobilizer!.!.!.was state ranked dancer, and my career is gone!.!.!.o yeah and they say by the time I am 30 i will need a full knee replacement!. And as of now there goal is to have me off crutches by June!.!.!.OF NEXT YEAR!.!.!.and what is even worse is I have scoliosis and the crutches are making it worse so they say I may need back surgery soon too!.!.!.!.or a pretty wheelchair!.!.!.definitely the worse injury I have ever hadWww@Answer-Health@Com
