I am the same way!. I can easily go back to sleep!. Everyone wakes up different!. I am jealous of the ones who can hop right out of bed feeling like Miss Mary Sunshine!. Your body and mind just need a few minutes to transition from sleep to waking!.
Hop outta bed and wash your face!. Apply an eye cream, if you keep your eye cream in the fridge, the coolness is very refreshing and very reviving!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wash your face with cold water!. It really works!. Also, include your ears, it will be refreshing, and your neck if you want to add another refreshing thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1- do you sleep late!? if so go to sleep earlier!.
2- try to do something interesting to you when you wake up and better if it involve movement, e!.g!. hear music and dance, go to a desirable cafe!.!.!.!.!.!.
3- if you have stiffness in your joints that the joints can't be moved easily with painful joints here you may have a joint problem and need to see a doctor!.
4- if you are recently unwell, have your skin become darker in color, have abdominal pain, feel dizzy on standing and you are really weak, or you was taking steroids(cortisone) but stop it recently!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. you may have problems with your cortison level and you need to see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have read that a fresh crispy apple will do a better job of waking you up than a coffee!. Also it may have something to do with the amount of good quality sleep (REM) you are getting each night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
